| Arlene Koziol, photographer and avid bird watcher, will share her experiences of dealing with challenges of nature and bird photography. With a keen eye and an immense amount of patience, she has captured a wide variety of bird species and mammals in their native habitat, as well as other aspects of nature. Some of the things Arlene will share are photographing aerial images from a small plane in Alaska, grizzly bears in the rain in Alaska, water birds from a boat in Florida, mosquito infested wetlands in Chicagoland and hawks at HawkWatch in high winds.
(Please note: We will have a bird walk at Spring Valley prior to the start of the meeting, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.) __________________________________________________________________________ |
